Manual packing · scale-driven LPN
Each bag's measured weight is checked against the accept band — in-band counts, out-of-band is an off-weight reject. This band is your catch-weight tolerance.
The receiving warehouse and location tell D365 where to book the goods in. These plus the verified count and weight build the label and the D365 file.
In production, Add bag is replaced by each settled weight-step from your bench scale or checkweigher. Raise the variance to see off-weight bags get rejected.

D365 isn't connected here, so the app prepares the import file and stages the records — the hand-off a recurring integration would pick up.
Each line carries LicensePlateId, ItemNumber, BatchNumber, Site, Receiving Warehouse & Location, Quantity (bags), CatchWeightQty (kg) plus the Nominal / Min / Max band — so D365 knows where to receive it and the catch-weight tolerance it was packed to.
